CAHEC Awards Harris Brown Management (now Partnership Property Management) Company of the Year

On June 28, 2006, Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC) Director, Dana Boole, named Harris Brown Management as the Property Management Company of the Year. Accepting the award for Harris Brown Management was Rick Allen, Vice President, Dawna Bynum, Marketing Director and Jan Doss, Controller. Harris Brown Management currently manages these CAHEC properties: Compton Place Apartments, Mason Manor Apartments, Northpoint Commons Apartments and Partnership Village I & II Apartments.

Five Partnership Property Management Sites Receive SAHMA Certificates

Five properties from the Florence, SC office of Partnership Property Management were presented certificates at the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA) meeting in Columbia, SC on March 15, 2007. The Dale, Little Pee Dee Manor, Kings Crossing, New Hope and New Hope II Apartments were all recognized for receiving a score above 90% and a superior rating on the 2006 Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections.

Camden Cove Apartments Receives SC Housing Achievement Award

Camden Cove Apartments in Camden, SC was awarded one of five SC Housing Achievement Awards by the SC State Housing Finance and Development Authority during the Palmetto Housing Forum in Columbia, SC in 2007. The awards were presented to "celebrate innovation, best practices and excellence in the affordable housing arena". Camden Cove was recognized in the housing development sector as an excellent example of how the public and private sectors can successfully partner to bring safe, decent and affordable housing to rural communities.

NCHFA Awards Harris Brown Management (now Partnership Property Management) Oustanding Property Management Company for the Year 2000

The North Carolina Housing Financy Agency (NCHFA) sponsored "The 2000 Housing North Carolina Awards". At the ceremony, Harris Brown Management was recognized as the Outstanding Property Management Company Managing Rental Housing for the Year 2000. Rob Vocci, Janis Saunders & Mike Holoman were in attendance and accepted the award for Harris Brown Management.
