We also do much more than manage attractive apartment communities. We view our management role as that of an ambassador to our residents, the neighborhood, and the city or town. As part of our strategy to retain long-term residents, we plan community activities such as holiday get-togethers, yard sales, cookouts, meet-your-neighbor parties and spring planting days. Partnership Property Management's team manages all the day-to-day operations of the property. We work with aspects of accounting, applicable law, regulation compliance, marketing, and maintenance.
